It is no great secret that I see God in the stars. It was with they that He gave me His sign I pleaded and demanded for; though it took two years and forced me to drop unto my knees.
I see Him in them, as the Sacred Scriptures say, the Creator is reflected in His Creation. Just as He can both create and destroy, just as He is a consuming fire, so to are the stars; giant nuclear infernos of immense power that have the ability to hold planets within their sway and forge solar systems, or to rip things apart with gravity and flares or their dying supernovas.
Together they form objects of such beauty that I am truly humbled by his handiwork, and with all my soul I whisper, "Blessed be God forever". To me, to view the pictures sent back by the Hubble Space Telescope, is to behold some of God's finest handiwork, and to sit in silent awe of His power and Majesty, so palely reflected in His creations.

It's definitely a wonderful perspective to have. As I've always figured, if there's a Creator, and you can't find Him in His creation then... well, you have a problem.
Perhaps you would enjoy reading some St. Bonaventure, especially his Soul's Journey into God.
Cheers,
V
