Traddie vs. NO

There's an often divisive issue in Catholicism of which Mass is good, the Novus Ordo or the Tridenteen Mass. Here are my thoughts, potentially hurtful to both sides. I have only attended a Novus Ordo, and I've never felt more alive in worship; that said...I've never had the chance to attend the traditional Latin Mass. If I did have the chance, I would take it in a heartbeat to experience something so ancient and beautiful.

Were the Vatican to ban Novus Ordo tomorrow, I would happily go to the TLM. If the Vatican were to ban Communion on the Hand tomorrow, I would happily receive every Sunday upon my tongue.

The people who say they would quit the Church over having to listen to a Mass be spoken in Latin, do not belong to the Church. The liturgy, the Eucharist...those are the important things. Ditching because of disagreements is the basis of Protestant thought; to the point I know Presbyterians who call their sect the "Split Ps". Because if they disagree they split into new churches.
